2. About Our Resources

Aussie Primary Academy provides free printable educational resources for Australian primary students from Foundation to Year 6.

Resources are developed with reference to the Australian Curriculum V9.0. Aussie Primary Academy is an independent educational publisher and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official product of the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA).

3. Permitted Educational Use

You may download and print our free resources for:

• personal learning at home;
• use with your own child or children;
• use by a teacher with students in their own class;
• use by a tutor with their own students; and
• use by a homeschool family for their own children.

4. Uses That Are Not Permitted

Unless written permission has been provided, you must not:

• sell, licence or commercially distribute our worksheets;
• upload our PDF files to another website, app, shared drive, marketplace or social media platform;
• remove or alter copyright notices, branding or attribution;
• claim the resources as your own work;
• copy substantial parts of our resources to create competing products;
• include the files in paid bundles, memberships or subscriptions; or
• use automated systems to collect or reproduce substantial parts of the website.

5. Sharing Our Resources

You may share a link to the relevant page on the Aussie Primary Academy website. Please do not upload, attach or redistribute the PDF file itself.

6. Copyright and Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, website text, worksheet content, page designs, downloadable resources, branding and original graphics are owned by Aussie Primary Academy and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

Free access does not transfer ownership or remove copyright protections.

7. Educational Disclaimer

Our resources provide general educational practice and are not a substitute for professional teaching advice, individual learning assessment, specialist support or a school’s own curriculum planning.

Parents, carers, teachers and tutors are responsible for deciding whether a resource is appropriate for a particular child. Adult guidance and supervision should be provided where appropriate.

Any resource described as “NAPLAN-style”, “NAPLAN practice” or similar is independent practice material created by Aussie Primary Academy. It is not an official NAPLAN test, question, prompt or publication and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by ACARA or any education authority.

Official NAPLAN information should be obtained directly from ACARA or the relevant state or territory education authority.

10. No Guarantee or Warranty

The website and resources are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Aussie Primary Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free files, specific learning outcomes or suitability for every purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
